Bring any of our trainings to your area in one of two ways:
- Onsite: Bring a training onsite to a particular organization in your metro area. Ask local groups (colleges, faith groups, schools, book clubs, sports groups…) to see if they’d be willing to subsidize the training and offer you a seat. We deliver Onsite trainings for up to 16 people. We use COVID-Safe training guidelines when indicated.
- Single Seats, Virtual: From time to time, we offer LIVE VIRTUAL trainings (highly-interactive) for both adults and youth.
Yes. Every one of Cream of the Crop Leaders’ services can be tailored to the specific needs of your special group and delivered onsite at the location of your choice.

Adult workshops: Participants range from ages 20 to Golden Seniors.

Maximums:
- The Transformational Executive Presence (EP) Training and Outstanding Youth interactive confidence Live Onsite trainings are typically limited to 16 attendees (some exceptions can be made). Fewer attendees result in greater transformation, and this is what we’re committed to. For Live Virtual: Adults 12, Youth 10.
- Other Essential Services typically allow up to 24 participants (possible exception: Retreats – maximum number of participants depends on the type of retreat).
- Executive & Business Coaching allows for individual development.
Minimums: We typically bill at a minimum of 8 participants whether or not 8 attend. This is because peer observation and support enrich the learning experience. Participants report that they learn so much by watching what others do well (and not so well) – and grow through receiving and giving supportive peer feedback. Prefer private individual coaching?
- People love both and you’ll be happy with either. Difference:
- The 2-Day Executive Presence Workshops have one less video feedback opportunity and fewer solo exercises.
- Also, segment lengths inevitably vary depending on the number of participants and the individual needs of each group. Therefore, the 2-day training may or may not include all components listed on the 3-Day course outlines.
- Share your vision with us and we’ll give you our recommendations. Most groups receive terrific results with our 2-Day trainings. Contact us.
- This workshop is for everyone, including those with a general sense of confidence, and those without. This is because decent self-esteem doesn’t necessarily translate into skills for communicating our gifts with others. And, if others don’t perceive us as credible and confident, we can become overlooked. Many powerful, generally confident people report huge benefits from this workshop. You’re in the right place.
- Some participants describe themselves as having low confidence. That’s okay, too. They simply haven’t been taught the tools yet.
- Truth be told, everyone arrives a bit nervous but, due to the confidence tools we’re going to teach you, this passes quickly for most people! You’ll have a ‘buddy’, we’ll have fun, and everyone is held equally in respect and care. We insist on mutual respect, and you’ll feel at home.
- Don’t you think it’s time to bite the bullet and learn these skills now so you don’t have to carry around the worry about how others perceive you? Many believe that this outcome is worth temporary discomfort.

- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM): Cream of the Crop Leaders (COTC Inc.) is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and Recertification Credits for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
- Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI): The HR Certification Institute has pre-approved the Executive Presence Training and many other trainings/services for HR (General) credit.
You bet. It seems that almost everyone arrives a bit nervous (even C-Suite business leaders), so there’s no need to hide it. This nervousness typically passes after about 15-30 minutes. Some of our most transformed participants are those who hemmed and hawed about canceling up to the very last minute (and are now so grateful that they didn’t cancel).
We are fully committed to providing a safe and supportive atmosphere; this is because an accepting atmosphere allows for deep, meaningful and lasting learning, and this is what we intend to leave you with. Many of our services involve laughter and maybe a tear or two, both hallmarks of truly transformational trainings. If you (or your child, if a parent is reading this) have any potentially serious issues with anxiety and/or are under the care of a mental health or medical provider, get clearance from the professionals that you know best.
Then, describe in detail your condition and outline acceptable accommodations on our workshop registration form. First and foremost, you should share our materials with treating medical providers and follow their advice. You may contact us at any time about this.
There are no hard and fast rules here. Business casual is typical – but be yourself!
A very important executive presence tip is to dress to where you want to go professionally. For most of us, this means dressing one step more formally from our typical professional attire. To allow yourself the opportunity to get wardrobe feedback (during your individual coaching mini-session, or from your peers – just ask), it may be beneficial to pre-select your training clothing. Ultimately, we want you to be comfortable, so find a solution that serves you best. For onsite trainings, layers help to accommodate air conditioning and heating fluctuations.
